Knowing your strengths and improvement areas can help you make career choices that are the best fit for you. The key is being able to recognize opportunities that allow you to use the skills that you are both good at AND enjoy! Then, consider the ones that you enjoy, but need to work on, as the training opportunities that can open up more doors in the future. Finally, view the ones you don't enjoy as possible de-motivators that drain your energy.
